It's true, and it should only take about 30 minutes from the time you get the system to the time you're editing - even if you have never set one up before. Unlike other companies, we encourage our clients to call our support reps for any and all hardware and software related questions. We can fix most any problem over the phone and walk you through the ins and outs of the entire user interface, including how to create advanced video effects, networking and many other topics. Want to sleep well at night?
Although they're not necessary for most rentals, our on-site technicians can make a world of difference when you're under the gun. They will custom install all equipment to your specifications, into your mobile truck or in our rack mounted cases, and remain on-site to perform maintenence checks, answer questions and fix any problems. On-site techs are available to anyone but are mainly recommended for Unity installations and multi-system broadcast events.
