Calculating how much Storage you need

To determine the amount of storage needed for each resolution listed below, divide the number of minutes needed by the numbers in bold.

For example, if you need ten hours at 2:1, your formula would look like:
600 (total minutes) ÷ 1.9 = 315.79 (gigs required)
That means you would need at least 316 gigs for ten hours of 2:1 footage.

1:1 Resolution - .8
2:1 Resolution - 1.9
3:1 Resolution - 2.9
10 :1 Resolution - 7.6
20 :1 Resolution - 14.1
15 :1s Resolution - 32.1
