Clients can establish Net 30 terms, or can pay by credit card or COD. Regardless of payment method, clients renting Avid systems are required to complete a credit application or provide a one page credit sheet for insurance purposes. No system rentals will be provided without this completed paperwork.

Net 30 Payment
To establish credit with Prime To Go, please complete our credit application, consisting of an information page, three vendor references, and a bank reference. We will also accept a one page credit sheet from your company if you have one. A blank credit application can be downloaded from this page.

Credit Card Payment
Prime To Go accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit cards will be charged prior to shipping the equipment and will also be charged for any rental extensions. By signing the rental agreement, the client authorizes Prime To Go to charge their credit card for the current and all future rentals, and also authorize Prime To Go to perform a personal credit check.

COD Payment
Prime To Go accepts cashiers checks, company checks, and wire transfers. With all of these payment methods, it is the client's responsibility to allow enough time for the funds to clear in our bank before any equipment can be released.

Tax
Pennsylvania clients are required to pay 6% sales tax, unless they are tax exempt. A blank certificate can be downloaded from this page.
